Service Reservations

SERVICE RESERVATIONS

We are continuing in-person services. Our highest priority is to keep everyone safe, so we will maintain a modified service schedule and limited seating capacity.  At this time, in-person services will take place on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Sundays of each month.  Services will remain at 10:30AM on Sunday mornings.  Fresh Word Bible Study will remain virtual, at 7PM each Monday, until further notice.   We encourage everyone to engage in the manner that is most comfortable for you and your family.  Be sure to discuss routine changes and move at your own pace. If you don’t feel safe, aren’t quite ready to return or if people in your household are vulnerable, please continue to join us online on Facebook, YouTube or Twitter.

If you plan to attend a Sunday service in person, here are some things to keep in mind:

General Info

  • Seats: To assist with seating and planning, we are asking everyone to reserve seats online ahead of time. A link to reserve your seats is linked below.

  • Questionnaire: When reserving your seats, you will be asked to acknowledge “No” to the questions included in a Health Screening Questionnaire.

  • Children & Youth: There will be no in-person services for children & youth until further notice.  We will only be offering one worship experience. Children are welcome to attend with their families and will remain with their parents or caregivers for the duration of the service.  If needed, feel free to bring quiet activities from home to educate and occupy your little ones during the service.

Touchless Service

  • Entrances/Exits: Doors will be propped open as much as possible to minimize the number of persons having to touch the handle.  Our greeters will be available to assist with door handling, as well.
  • Interactions: We love you and are excited to have you with us, but please no hugs, handshakes, or high fives for now. Waves, air hugs, and non-physical interactions are encouraged. Although we are asking that you not remain in the building to fellowship after the service, you are welcome to take a minute to catch up with each other outside.

  • Offering: We encourage members and guests to take advantage of electronic giving options, even when in the sanctuary.  Visit thelfcc.org and select “Give Now”, text (850) 424-1467 using one category per text (ex. $50 Offering), or CashApp $LFCChurch and include the category in the “For” field.  We will not pass collection baskets during the service; however, they will be positioned for drop off if you desire to give using an offering envelope.

Social Distancing

  • Face Masks/Shields: We are requiring everyone to wear a mask when they are in the building, regardless of if you have or have not been vaccinated. Our greeters and staff will be wearing them, but trust us, we are smiling. The CDC recommends wearing masks as a positive way to prevent spreading COVID-19. Please don’t make wearing or not wearing a mask a political statement. Let’s look out for the interests of our brothers and sisters.

  • Seating: Our ushers will help you find your seat to assist you in remaining six feet apart while in the building.  We want to make social distancing easy.  We ask that everyone respect their instructions and cooperate so that we can better ensure the comfort levels of everyone participating in the service.  Families and identified groups will remain together; however, we will be seating parties with pews in between.

  • Foyer: Activity in the foyer should be reserved for pre-service check in only.  Attendees are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes early to minimize the number of people gathered in the space at one time.  The foyer will close at 11AM and will be closed for fellowship after services.

Precautions

  • We will be disinfecting all used spaces and surfaces.

  • Touchless sanitizing stations have been added for easy access and usage prior to entry into the sanctuary.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please email us at registration@thelfcc.org.
